Error description

• ZRDDS agent failed to load MQ idml books which contains special
  characters & in XML as part value of MQ attributes.
  The ZRDDS agent prompts exceptions when parse the MQ idml books:
  org.xml.sax.SAXParseException;

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: ZRDDS agent fails to load MQ idmlbook   *
  *                      containing special character '&' in     *
  *                      XML as part of attributes values.       *
  *                      The ZRDDS agent returns an exception    *
  *                      when uploading the MQ idmlbook, and the *
  *                      upload process stops.                   *
  *                      Additional search criteria in the zRDDS *
  *                      agent's log:                            *
  *                      org.xml.sax.SAXParseException;          *
  ****************************************************************
  The zOS DLA converts the special character '&' into an escape
  character '&' when generating the MQ idmlbook in XML format.
  Some attributes of MQ Process object discovered by zOS DLA are
  not converted to the correct escape character and an exception
  is returned when zRDDS agent parses the MQ idmlbook.
  

Problem conclusion

• The APAR updated IZDRDLA program to convert '&' special
  characters into escape character '&' for the following 4 MQ
  Process object attributes and writes into the MQ idmlbook:

  <cmd:EnviromentData>
  <cmd:UserData>
