Error description

• After applying UJ94408, a user will be unable to correlate Db2
  trace information to app information.
  
  After applying UJ92416 and UJ92995, a user may be confused
  about the steps that are required in order to enable all of the
  support. Please review APAR OA65616 for the information
  documenting the HOLD data changes.
