Error description

• This APAR introduces support for automatic refresh on the TDMF
  "Current Sessions: Monitor Progress" panel (Option 1).
  Automatic refresh allows users of the TDMF ISPF Monitor to
  monitor progress of active TDMF migrations without manual user
  input.
  
  The Auto Refresh command "&" is entered as "&nnn" where nnn
  can be 1 to 3 digits and specifies a refresh interval from
  1 to 999 seconds, with a default setting of 1 second.
  
  Examples:
  &    defaults to 1 second auto refresh interval
  &5   5 second auto refresh interval
  &999 999 second auto refresh interval
  
  While Auto Refresh is active the following message will be
  displayed and the screen will be locked:
  "Auto Refresh Mode Active"
  
  Auto Refresh remains active until the Attention key is pressed
  which stops Auto Refresh mode, and unlocks the keyboard.
