  *                 GDKGET APIs may request zEDC or gzip         *
  *                 compression/decompression of object data.    *

  *                 Users of GDKUTIL UPLOAD may request zEDC or  *
  *                 gzip compression of the data sent. Users of  *
  *                 GDKUTIL DOWNLOAD may indicate an override    *
  *                 of the decompression default of data         *
  *                 retrieved from the object store.             *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: New Function - DFSMSdfp CDA             *
  *                      Compression.                            *
  *                      Callers of DFSMSdfp CDA GDKWRITE API    *
  *                      wanted to request zEDC compression of   *
  *                      data sent to the object store. Callers  *
  *                      of the GDKGET wanted to request         *
  *                      decompression of zEDC compressed data   *
  *                      retrieved from the object store.        *

  New Function - DFSMSdfp CDA has been enhanced to support the
  zEDC or gzip algorithms when uploading or downloading data
  from cloud object stores.
  GDKUTIL has been enhanced to support requesting zEDC or gzip
  compression of data sent to the object store, as well as
  override the decompression processing determined by DFSMSdfp
  CDA.
