  This New Function shall be considered part of the "Program"
  with which it is associated, and its use is subject to the
  license terms that govern the Program, as set forth in the
  ICA, CRA, or equivalent agreement between you and IBM.
  
  z/OS DFSMSdss 3.1 cloud object support is enhanced to provide a
  general cloud object store option, which is provider-agnostic
  and leverages z/OS Cloud Data Access to support a larger
  selection of cloud object storage providers.
  
  Documentation for this new function has been provided for
  the following publications:

  z/OS MVS System Messages Vol 1 (ABA-AOM) (SA38-0668)

  This PTF provides support for storing and retrieving DSS dumps
  directly to and from an S3 Cloud via Cloud Data Access.
  
  Direct-to-Cloud is only supported on version 3.1. If the user
  attempts to restore a backup created with Direct-to-Cloud on
  version 2.5, the restore will fail with ADR610E reason code 5.
