  To support replacement capacity records for Tailor Fit
  Pricing for IBM Z hardware the z/OS Data Gatherer collects
  model replacement capacity identifier and ratings. This new
  information is stored in the CPU Control Section of SMF record
  type 70 subtype 1 and in the Home LPAR Section of Monitor III
  CPC data control block (ERBCPCDB).
  When APAR OA66402 is installed, SMF type 70.1 records with
  SMF record level x'92' are written. The version of measurement
  table ERBCPCDB (CPC_VerNum), located at offset x5 in the header
  section of CPCDB, is set to 14/x'0E'.
  
  In addition the description of multiple capacity identifiers
  is enhanced in SMF 70 subtype 1 to describe which portion of
  capacity is included or excluded.
