  This APAR will NOT allow exploitation of any new function nor
  will it allow for management of new key types or key formats
  that are only available with PTFs for OA66395 installed.
  
  This APAR will tolerate certain deprecated DES tokens that are
  no longer usable on CCA 8.4.
