  This can occur when the pseduo-TTYs reside on a Temporary File

• zSecure Alert has been modified, so that predefined alert ID
  1402 (Alert when global write is specified on a UNIX file or
  directory) is not issued for pseudo-terminal files
  (pseudo-TTYs) when a TFS (Temporary File System) is mounted on
  /dev.
