Error description

• When an encrypted data set in BASC or LARGE format is run with
  CONVERT-TO-EXTENDED, the data set is not converted, but the
  data set attributes are updated to indicate extended format.
  This makes the data set unusable.

  *                      complete without error.                 *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Use Logical Copy if feasible.                *

Problem conclusion

• CONVERT-TO-EXTENDED of an encrypted Basic or Large format
  sequential dataset is now rejected as an error with a
  reason code of 1026 and a description in message GZD401E of
  'C2X OF ENCRYPTED B/L FILE'
