  (1) A new option PREPARE was added to Configuration Manager's
      GENERATE action. It can be used to do a staged maintenance
      where non-destructive RTE updates (that is, updates that do
      not impact runtime members) can be done separately,
      as a preparation step. This implements AHA! idea TMSZ-I-80.
  (2) New possibilities to reuse OMEGAMON for Db2 Classic Near
      Term History V540 parameters to customize the allocation of
      VSAM data sets in V550.
      Additionally, E3270 thread history VSAM data sets are now
      using the new set of parameters, specific for E3270:
      KD2_PFnn_THRDHIS_VOLUME
      KD2_PFnn_THRDHIS_SCLAS
      KD2_PFnn_THRDHIS_MCLAS
  (3) Warning messages were added to RKANPARU members indicating
      they are read-only and should not be modified.
  (4) A report was added in Configuration Manager's GENERATE
      action which shows what members were not replaced (excluded)
      during the WK->RK copy step. This report is added to the
      GENERATE job log as a new DD name EXCLRPT.
  (5) Historical cache parameters have been removed from all
      versions of OMEGAMON for z/OS:
      RTE_KCN_CACHE_KM5_NTH
      RTE_KCN_CACHE_KM5_NTH_RANGE
  (6) Product names for several agents have been changed to use
      short and long name parameters instead of their hard-coded
      values.
  (7) A REXX Exec KFJPHELP was added to a sample library TKANSAM
      which provides PF1 parameter help in Configuration Manager.
      To enable this function, please refer to the link specified
      in this APAR's "User guide updates" section.
  (8) The processing of parameter KM5_SYSPLEX_PROXY_POSITION in
      OMEGAMON AI for z/OS 6.1 was changed to support
      Dynamic Proxy that enables the automatic switching of the
      Plexview Proxy.
