Error description

• After copying a PDS that was allocated in BYTES and specifying
  the TGTALLOC(TRK) keyword, a display of the target data set in
  the ISPF Data Set Information dialog shows that the file is
  still allocated in bytes.
  

Local fix

• BYPASS/CIRCUMVENTION:
  Use TGTALLOC(CYL).
