Error description

• abend0c4 pic11 in IFG0202L+x'486' because subpool 230, key5
  
  storage was freed incorrectly due to DEBX pointer being cleared
  
  by IFG0199E after IEC214I abend614 rc08 is issued. An
  abendD37/abendE37 may also see an abend0c4 in IFG0RR0A+x'486'
  and abend0c4 in IFG0202L+x'440' because subpool 230 key 5 was
  freed incorrectly following IEC214I abend614 rc08 and abendE37
  rc08.
  It is possible that the SMF14OPE and SMF14OPD fields may be
  cleared following an out-of-space condition or a determinate
  ABEND during close processing or recovery.
