Error description

• Some z/OS 3.1 modules may be assessed as belonging to older
  releases of z/OS because program HSIPINQ has no knowledge of
  z/OS 3.1.

  stand-alone ampersands in comments which cause symbol
  substitution errors in HSISCUST processing.
  

Problem conclusion

• Program HSIPINQ has been updated with knowledge of z/OS 3.1.
  
  PARM member HSISMNPM has been updated to replace each ampersand
  in comments with the word 'and'.
