OA65686: ZDLA FAILED TO CONSTRUCT IDML BOOKS WITH IZD0004E ERROR

Error description

• The zOS DLA V320 failed to constructs IDML books, and discover
  procedure stopped by IZD0004E error message when zOS DLA enabled
  Db2 stored procedure discovery.

  The zOS DLA incorrectly put Db2 stored procedures data into
  ZOSTASK which causes the IZDRDLA to fail.
  zOS DLA writes numerous of IZD0001I messages when it discovers
  duplicate Db2 stored procedure records which extend the duration
  of discovery.
  

Problem conclusion

• The IZDRDLA was updated to remove the incorrect output from
  ZOSTASK and add the Db2 stored procedures data into the Db2 idml
  books.
  Also, zOS DLA optimized SQL for discovering Db2 stored procedure
  to avoid duplicate records and stop generation of numerous
  IZD0001I messages.
