• z/OS System Codes manual incorrectly states the reason for
  ABENDDC2 Rsn0038 and Rsn0039 (0038 0039)

  Book currently says:  0038
  Bits 0 - 31 of user token are non-zero for authorized caller.
  0039
  Bits 32 - 63 of user token are zero for unauthorized caller.
  
  But instead it should state:
  0038
  Bits 0 - 31 of user token are zero for authorized caller.
  0039
  Bits 0 - 31 of user token are non-zero for unauthorized caller.
