  There are LSA connections active.
  Z NET,QUICK is issued.
  The Z NET,QUICK hangs waiting for the LSA connections to
  terminate.
  

Problem conclusion

• ISTPUCDI is updated to avoid the Z NET,QUICK hang for LSA
  connections.
