Error description

• CDP 2023 September Maintenance for defects fixed in Data
  Streamer:
  - Out of memory occurs in Data Streamer.
  - Data Streamer metric and workload report does not work
  properly.
  - Health Check function does not work when there is a wildcard
  used in log forwarder streams.
  - Data Streamer receives malform record from SDE.

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply this PTF.                              *
  ****************************************************************
  - Out of memory occurs in Data Streamer.
  When a partial record is received by Data Streamer, it will be
  stored in the partial cache. If it is large, sometimes the
  partial cache will use up the remaining heap storage, resulting
  in an out of memory error in Data Streamer.
  - Data Streamer metric and workload report does not work
  properly.
  Sometimes the Data Streamer metric report will report an
  incorrect value.
  - Health Check function does not work when there is a wildcard
  used in log forwarder streams.
  If there is a wildcard in Log Forwarder streams, the health
  check function of Data Streamer does not handle it correctly and
  considers it as an invalid data source name, which causes a
  NullPointerException.
  - Data Streamer receives malform record from SDE.
  SDE will split large packets into 1M packets and send to Data
  Streamer one by one. If a network or other transmission issue
  occurs, Data Streamer will receive and read a partial packet and
  report malformed record error.
  

Problem conclusion

• CDP is updated to fix these problems.
