  The scorecard dashboard does not provide context information
  about any of the KPIs.
  
  Increasing the scorecards per page from 25 to 100 results in an
  HTTP 429 error (too many requests).
  
  Nothing happens when clicking on the evidence links for an item
  on the Problem Insights page.
  
  During the upgrade process, the upgrade function fails when the
  Python package directory is not writable.
  
  The IMS KPIs SCH_BMP_ACTIVE and SCH_MPP_ACTIVE fields are
  incorrectly treated as cumulative values and converted to
  interval values.
  
  HBOSMF ABENDs with a HBO0350I message due to an overflow in the
  OTHER_SUSPENDS KPI.
  
  When Watson Machine Learning for z/OS Enterprise 3.1.0 uses
  Semeru Runtime for z/OS 11, training the analysis model fails
  with exception "java.util.NoSuchElementException: next on empty
  iterator".
  

Problem conclusion

• The scorecard dashboard provides a summary of each KPI as well
  as how the KPI is calculated and what an anomaly means.
  
  The scorecards per page can be increased to 100 without error.
  
  The evidence links for an item on the Problem Insights page
  work correctly.
  
  The upgrade function succeeds even if the Python package
  directory is not writable.
  
  The IMS KPIs SCH_BMP_ACTIVE and SCH_MPP_ACTIVE fields are
  correctly treated as snapshot values and not converted to
  interval values.
  
  HBOSMF no longer ABENDs.
  
  When Watson Machine Learning for z/OS Enterprise 3.1.0 uses
  Semeru Runtime for z/OS 11, training the analysis model no
  longer fails with a java.util.NoSuchElementException.
