Error description

• zOS DLA V320 abends and fails with IRX025E when discovering Db2
  systems and discover procedure stops.

  The IZDRDLA program fails to identify DB2 command response with
  customized command prefix.  Then Rexx runtime raise the error
  and ABEND because some variables has no value assigned.
  

Problem conclusion

• The APAR updates IZDRDLA program to support customized DB2
  Command Prefix.
