  The authentication service used for the Problem Insights service
  does not support LDAP-based authentication.
  
  The authentication service used for the Problem Insights service
  does not support multi-factor authentication.
  
  The zoa-svc-control.sh script that starts and stops the common
  services and presentation services uses outdated process IDs for
  status tracking.
  

Problem conclusion

• The authentication service supports LDAP-based authentication
  through a variety of LDAP-enabled backends, including z/OS RACF.
  
  The authentication service supports multi-factor authentication
  through email as well as through mobile device authenticator
  apps.
  
  The zoa-svc-control.sh script now properly purges outdated
  process IDs.
