  *                 Base Component for IBM z/OS.                 *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The AIB Base Component for IBM z/OS     *
  *                      requires updates for clarity and        *
  *                      correctness.                            *
  ****************************************************************
  The following areas need to be updated:
  - AI_Framework_config workflow
    o Clarify need for parmlib access
    o WMLz API user shouldn't directly connect IZUADMIN facility
    o Need OU and NOTAFTER keywords for user customization
    o Access to RLS VSAM data sets shouldn't be CONTROL
    o $ringName doesn't expand correctly
    o Need support to avoid having to restart workflow
    o Incorrect mount statement in BPXPRMxx
    o There are conflicting or incomplete directions
  - AddsystemforAI_config workflow
    o Workflow owner's access to ZOSMF.AIMANAGER
    o Need support to avoid having to restart workflow
    o There are conflicting or incomplete directions
  - AIB_config workflow
    o Step 7 not skipped when Step 6 was successful
  - SYSAIB CTRACE
    o Include model status in QUERY CTRACE record
  - System message MSGAIB1215E
    o The message isn't DOMmed when the condition is relieved
