Error description
A CARLa report across many systems might be terminated early due to idle-client detection. Customer is running reports across many CKNSERVE environments, and some of the nodes time out, causing failure in the reporting process.

**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: Users of zSecure Admin/Audit exploiting * * zSecure services for remote data access * * across many systems. * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: zSecure Server might occasionally drop * * connection with its remote clients and * * issue a MSGCKN192I. * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the PTF provided. * **************************************************************** When zSecure services for remote data access are deployed across many systems, the zSecure server program (CKNSERVER) might occasionally drop connection(s) with its remote client(s) and issue a MSGCKN192I which begins with the text "Excessive wait time..." resulting in failure(s) to generate requested reports for remote systems where the connection was dropped.
Problem conclusion
The zSecure Server program has been modified, so that the value of the timeout used to test connection status with remote clients is increased. As a result, the connection between zSecure Server program and its remote clients is expected to be more stable.
