  * USERS AFFECTED: All users of IBM z/OS Anomaly Analytics.     *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: IBM z/OS Anomaly Analytics 5.1 (ZAA)    *
  *                      has required and shipped IBM Watson     *
  *                      Machine Learning for z/OS 2.4.(WMLz).   *
  *                      WMLz 2.4 is going out of support so     *
  *                      ZAA has to move up to IBM Watson        *
  *                      Machine Learning 3.1 Enterprise         *
  *                      Edition. (WMLz 3.1).                    *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Order IBM Watson Machine Learning 3.1        *
  *                 Enterprise Edition or reorder IBM z Anomaly  *
  *                 Analytics 5.1 and you will receive WMLz 3.1  *
  *                 Enterprise Edition. Install the binaries for *
  *                 WMLz 3.1 and follow the migration process    *
  *                 documented in the ZAA ++HOLD in this PTF     *
  *                 which references the WMLz migration at the   *
  *                 appropriate point in the process.  The       *
  *                 migration process is also spelled out in the *
  *                 ZAA IBM Documentation in the article,        *
  *                 "Migrating metric based machine learning to  *
  *                  5.1.x.12" (THIS PTF)                        *

  The retirement of IBM Watson Machine Learning 2.4 means that
  IBM z Anomaly Analytics 5.1 users must upgrade to IBM Watson
  Machine Learning 3.1 Enterprise Edition along with installing
  and activating this PTF. Prior versions of WMLz will no longer
  be supported.
  

Problem conclusion

• The upgrade to IBM Watson Machine Learning 3.1 Enterprise must
  accompany the installation and activation of this PTF.
