Error description

• CKF0028 08 SVC 99 RC=12 DAIRFAIL code 035C 0002.
  
  This occurs when the FTP server BANNER statement is defined as
  an MVS dataset specified in lower case in the FTPDATA
  configuration.
  
  For example when coding:
  
  BANNER        user.parmlib(ftpban)
  
  the following will be seen when running zSecure Collect program

Local fix

• Change the BANNER statement to specify the MVS dataset name in
  upper case.

  When the welcome banner for the FTP daemon is in an MVS data set
  and the FTP configuration defines the data set name in lower
  case character(s), zSecure Collect displays a MSGCKF0028 which
  begins with the text "SVC 99 RC=12 DAIRFAIL code 035C 0002".
  

Problem conclusion

• zSecure Collect has been modified so that it properly handles
  the FTP daemon welcome banner data set name when defined using
  lower case characters.
