  DDS(GPMSERVE)
    - The WLM Accounting Information field is provided in
      codepage 500 instead of the expected 37.  Processing
      is changed to ensure that all character conversions
      conform to UTF-8 valid characters.
  
  ISPF
    - RMF clists updated to include a group level customization
      library.
    - The modified ISPF panels have been translated to Japanese.
  
  Monitor III
    - The calculations for the following fields have been changed
      to include idle and/or unknown samples along with the using
      and delay samples.
      - SYSIPDVC (% IIP delay)
      - SYSCPDVC (% CP delay)
      - SYSAPDVC (% AAP delay)
      - SYSRGCVC (% RG CAPP delay)
      - SYSTODVC (% total delay)
    - Japanese DEVR report field RESP TIME value changed to
      DVRRPTHP to match English value.
    - CPC report precision increased to two decimal places for
      the fields:
      - CPCPLEFU: Logical Effective %
      - CPCPLTOU: Logical Total %
      - CPCPPLMU: LPAR Mgmt %
      - CPCPPEFU: Physical Effective %
      - CPCPPTOU: Physical Total %
    - Add the XCFGROUP, XCFOVW, XCFPATH, and XCFSYS reports to
      the Monitor III menu.
  
  Postprocessor
    - Correct XCF No Buffer Time reporting to provide the average.
    - Memory allocation corrected to allocate the correct number
      of connector data sections when processing SMF 74.9 records.
  
  Data Portal
    - In Safari on MacOS fully download XSL stylesheets for
      display processing.
  
  Spreadsheet Reporter client
    - Processing was modified to not delete the remote report
      dataset when an error is encountered.
    - CF Trend modified to limit the number of named ranges
      defined to 65k when loading a large number of intervals.
    - Optimize processing of XCF working set processing.
    - Correct processing of CF Postprocessor report when
      creating working set.
  
  Performance Measurement client
    - Ensure connection to sysplex prior to starting PerfDesk
      monitoring.
  
  Provide the ERBJMENU Japanese sample menu source.
