OA63623: DURING FCB PROCESSING PRINTWAY ADDS EXTRA CR AFTER CR+FF

Error description

• PrintWay extended mode FCB processing for a "new page",
  for example CC="1" or x'F1' in ANSI CC, adds and un-needed CR
  after the needed CR+FF.

  When PrintWay extended mode is not processing an FCB it
  correctly adds CR+FF
  when changing the ?skip to a new page? from line mode to a text
  stream to send to the printer.
  
  However, when doing FCB processing PrintWay extended mode
  incorrectly adds
  CR+FF+CR when changing ?skip to a new page? from line mode to a
  text stream to send to the printer.
  

Problem conclusion

• Corrected the FCB code in aopoutd.
