  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: zSecure Access Monitor might loop       *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the PTF provided.                      *

  zSecure Access Monitor recovery routine might repeatedly
  issue a MSGC2P0483W that contains an invalid abend code.
