  INGDYN CREATE now allows you to create a resource in LINE mode
  only based on the latest template in the system.

  been modified to enhance the INGDYN CREATE function.
  Help panel ING#DYN has been modified to describe the new
  functionality.
  Note: In order to use the INGDYN CREATE function enhancement,
  this APAR must be applied on all systems within the scope of
  your INGDYN CREATE command.
