Error description

• After PTF UJ08099, Native Memory Metrics is not available if you
  had configured Health Center (HC) in your JVM Options file.
  

Local fix

• Remove Health Center specific JVM Options and use the JVMTI
  instead. This includes removing -xhealthcenter and/or -agentpath
  which points to libhealthcenter.so and instead add one of the
  following:
  For 64-bit JVMs:
  -agentpath:/RTE_USS_RTEDIR/RTE_NAME/kan/bin/IBM/libkjjagent_64.s
  o
  For 31-bit JVMs:
  -agentpath:/RTE_USS_RTEDIR/RTE_NAME/kan/bin/IBM/libkjjagent.so
