  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: (1) IZOA_DBSID, which is specified in   *
  *                          the izoaml.config configuration     *
  *                          file,can now be a 4-character Db2   *
  *                          subsystem ID or a 1 to 16           *
  *                          character Db2 location name         *
  *                                                              *
  *                      (2) A different mechanism is            *
  *                          used for storing interim data       *
  *                          calculations so that the            *
  *                          Spark cache will not fill up        *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that all users of the      *
  *                 metric-based machine learning system install *
  *                 this PTF                                     *
  ****************************************************************
  The following change has been made:
  
       (1) IZOA_DBSID, which is specified in the izoaml.config
           configuration file, can now be a 4-character Db2
           subsystem ID or a 1 to 16 character Db2 location name

Problem conclusion

•   ZAA v5.1 is updated to fix these problems.
