Error description

• C2POLICE reports error messages CKR0213 and CKF0178.
  
  For example:
  CKR0213 16 Missing master catalog for system xxxx
  
  and the Extended Monitoring CKFCOLL execution results in
  message:
  CKF0178 08 Restore not successful for requested VSAM data set on
   any volume CAT.MCATxx

Problem summary

  *                 of zSecure Alert with activated extended     *
  *                 monitoring option.                           *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: zSecure Collect might issue a           *
  *                      MSGCKF0178 while collecting system data *
  *                      and zSecure main program (CKRCARLA)     *
  *                      issues a MSGCKF0213 when processing a   *
  *                      CKFREEZE file created by zSecure        *
  *                      Collect. These messages also reported   *
  *                      by zSecure Alert running with activated *
  *                      extended monitoring option.             *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the PTF provided.                      *
  ****************************************************************
  When zSecure Collect is running with CAT=Y and IO=N options, it
  might issue a MSGCKF0178 which begins with the text "Restore not
  successful for requested VSAM data set on any volume CAT.MCATxx.
  ..". zSecure main program (CKRCARLA) then issues a MSGCKR0213
  which begins with the text "Missing master catalog for system
  xxxx..." while processing corresponding system data (CKFREEZE
  data set). zSecure Alert with extended monitoring option active
  also reports these messages.
  

Problem conclusion

• zSecure Collect has been modified so that it properly determines
  master catalog volume so that no MSGCKF0178 message is issued
  and zSecure main program does not issue a MSGCKR0123 either.
