  A new event in Runtime Diagnostics will be created to detect if
  a SLIP PER trap is active.

Problem conclusion

• If an active PER trap is found, Runtime Diagnostics will display
  
  the new event PERTRAP. PERTRAP event details will display
  PER trap ID and the date/time it was enabled under HZR0200I
  message.

  The new event PERTRAP details will be added under
  Specific Runtime Diagnostics event reports as follows.
  
  PERTRAP
  Runtime Diagnostics looks for an active PER slip trap set on
  a system.  If an active PER slip trap is found, runtime
  Diagnostics will report PERTRAP event.  The details of event
  will display the PER slip trap id and the date/time it was
  enabled.  This new event will be able to be invoked from the
  MODIFY HZR, ANALYZE command and the internal API.
  PER trap may affect performance of a system.  The PERTRAP
  event reminds the trap on a system and its knowledge can
  be used to troubleshoot system performance problems.
