Local fix

Problem summary

  • At startup, the Z APM CICS monitoring agent used offsets in
control blocks to verify Z APM install DDs.
z/OS 2.4 introduces different offsets within task I/O tables,
causing the CICS agent to access incorrect storage.

Problem conclusion

  • The Z APM CICS monitoring agent was updated to use a
z/OS-supported MVS service to check for DD names.
