• Closed as program error.

Error description

• IRRUT200 RENAMEACTIVATE suffers and ABEND0C4 after receiving an
  expected ABENDD37 in IEBGENER because the output file is too
  small. Recovery needs to process without triggering the second
  ABEND.

Problem conclusion

• IRRUT200 recovery has been updated to correctly recover from
  failures in the copy routine.
  The IRRUTSUB rename routine has been updated to initialize all
  parms correctly.
  IDCAMS REPRO now is used for all database copying.
  The Security Server RACF System Programmer's Guide
  (SA23-2287-50) regarding IRRUT200 has been updated. References
  to IEBGENER (and ICEGENER) are removed.
  The Security Server RACF Messages and Codes book (SA23-2291-50)
  has been updated.  Messages IRR62065I and IRR62066I are
  removed.
