  • The C2PCBLD procedure does not substitute the C2POLICE variable
used in a custom alert skeleton.

This can lead to syntax errors when using C2PCTEST and a custom
alert skeleton includes the &C2POLICE variable.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The zSecure Alert C2PCBLD procedure     *
*                      does not substitute the C2POLICE        *
*                      variable if it is used in the skeleton  *
*                      of a custom alert.                      *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION: Apply the PTF provided.                      *
****************************************************************
When the C2POLICE variable is used in a custom alert, it is not
substituted with the value specified in the configuration
member.

Problem conclusion

  • zSecure Alert has been modified so that the C2PCBLD procedure
substitutes the variable C2POLICE in the skeleton of a custom
alert.
