  OA61704 provides new endpoints for the following functions:
  o Manage requests: list, search for, and delete or cancel
    requests which were placed on resources using any user
    interface ( Netview Command, Panel, SMU, REST start or
    stop call).
  o Manage automation agents and managers, including changing
    the current active policy configuration.
  o Get versions and other information of the current system
    and components.
  System Automation Operations REST server V1.1 now has RACF key
  ring support and simplifies Zowe JWT Authentication
  configuration.
