  85584 - SMC-Rv2 client sending a large LLC Add Link response can
  also send a large LLC Delete Rkey response without any knowledge
  that the server has processed the previous large LLC signal.
  This can cause an overlay of in-bound Add Link response.
  Additionally the Request Add Link signal was not being treated
  as a dependent LLC signal.
  86022 - Link failure due to network congestion
  86269 - SMC-Rv2 link group fails activation when creating
  indirect links. Failing configuration requires that server  has
  at least two OSA interfaces configured with the same RoCE
  SMCRPFID but with unique IP addresses assigned.  Failure
  occurred because ARP resolution could not occur because of a
  deadlock situation which occurred while processing Add Link
  response on Server side.
  86190 - During TN3270 initialization, the following messages are
  seen

Problem conclusion

• This APAR resolves problems listed under Problem Description.
  85584 - After the client transmits a large LLC Add Link response
  we will not permit a large Delete Rkey LLC signal for at least 2
  minutes. In the interim we will transmit a  Delete Rkey LLC
  signal that does not require the large LLC support. Also support
  was added for the processing of the Request Add Link LLC signal
  as a dependent signal!
  86022 - Set DSCP in RoCEv2 QPs to AF31 by default - this will
  set the DSCP field in the IP header and should ensure that the
  packets have a low drop probability.
  86269 - SMC-Rv2 code has been enhanced perform ARP resolution
  asynchronously while processing an Add Link response LLC
  message.
  86190 - ISTENGET is updated to allow proper initialization of
  the CEEPIPI environment.
