  The INGHWSRV command allows INTERNAL connection management and
  complements the SA-BCPii usage for GDPS users, offering
  diagnostic and recovery services. With OA61513, the following
  enhancements were made to the INGHWSRV command:
  A new SUSPEND HOLD option is added. You can use it to put a
  BCPii connection into HOLD mode for a planned Support Element
  outage, while a running connection is maintained. After a
  session is put into HOLD mode, any messages that are received
  from hardware event or operating system are prefixed with an
  AOFA9999 message token and written to the netlog.
  A new STATCOM option is added, which you can use to display
  details about the BCPii connection to the target hardware.
