  without X-Forwarding on RHEL fails with a java exception

Local fix

Problem summary

• When we try to run DirUtil utility using command line interface,
  it fails with Connection Exception in thread "main"
  

Problem conclusion

• Code changes have been made in HOD 14.0.4 to fix this issue.
