• Documentation for this new function has been provided
  for the following publications:
  MVS System Management Facilities (SMF)
  
  The MVS System Management Facility (SMF)
  publication was updated to include the
  new SMF field S42SNTWJ. This field is in SMF Type
  42 Subtype 6 SyncIO Section 2 and uses previously
  reserved space so the SMF record length is unchanged.
  Additionally, S42SNTWN was updated to remove the
  phrase "such as a multivolume data set" to
  reflect that a multivolume data set will no
  longer disable SyncIO write requests.
