• An abend0F4 with RSN=00000029 occurs in IGWBVLC2 if a non-zero
  Buffer Pin Count is detected. RSN29 resolves to
  BLC_BUFFER_PIN_COUNT_NONZERO. In the reported case, a job is
  FORCED while a PUT request was processing a CI Split and a
  IGW400I message is issued to indicate the canceled PUT.
