OA60614: MISSING HELP PANELS WHEN CUSTOMER ONLY HAS RACF FMIDS APPLIED/ACCEPTED INTO THEIR ENVIRONMENT

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Missing help panels when customer only has RACF FMIDs Applied
  and/or Accepted into their environment.
  
  Multiple C2R3AP* help panels are incorrectly specified with the
  wrong FMID. This results in missing panels or panels included
  which should not be included.
  

Local fix

• Copy missing panels into a new ISPPLIB and then add it to your
  ISPF panel concatenation
  

Problem summary

  * USERS AFFECTED: All users of zSecure Admin/Audit for RACF    *
  *                 exploiting the software in interactive mode. *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: zSecure Admin/Audit might terminate     *
  *                      with MSGISPP100 when interactive help   *
  *                      is invoked for certain panels.          *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the PTF provided.                      *
  ****************************************************************
  When no JC2A240 (zSecure Audit for ACF2) is installed, the
  zSecure Admin/Audit might terminate with a MSGISPP100
  (Panel "<name>" error.  Panel not found.) when interactive help
  is invoked for certain panels.
  

Problem conclusion

• zSecure Admin/Audit has been modified so that interactive help
  performs properly and no MSGISPP100 is issued.
