  2) ISQXCON or internal functions may fail for HMC connections
  3) INTERNAL connection service command INGHWSRV erroneously
     accepts ProcOps entitiy names

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Service command INGHWSRV accepts and    *
  *                      starts execution of commands targeting  *
  *                      processors defined for ProcOps SNMP     *
  *                      use. This can cause extensive error     *
  *                      messages.                               *
  *                                                              *
  *                      The ProcOps IPL/NIP message automation  *
  *                      tries to respond to some operator       *
  *                      prompt messages twice in a row, which   *
  *                      is not correct.                         *

  Extensive error messages with INGHWSRV in case ProcOps defined
  processors are targeted. IPL/NIP prompt messages are answered
  twice by the automation routines.
  

Problem conclusion

• - Command INGHWSRV/INGRX815 was changed to only issue
    message AOF201I about the wrong target parameter.
  
  - The following ReXX message automation clists have been
    changed to not respond twice to the issued reply:
    ISQRM886, ISQRM888, and ISQRM889.
  
  - Clist INGRX810 was recompiled to correct a wrong
    work item association. No code change.
