    ANALYSIS:
    GRS module ISGNASIM is trying to locate ISGNPVX which should be
    part of the SYS1.NUCLEUS when the CSV011I RC0E occurs .
    
    KNOWN IMPACT:

    System goes into a disabled wait.
    
    Central processor (CP) 0 is in a nonrestartable stopped state
    due to a System Control Program (SCP) initiated reset of the I/O
    interface for partition PROD.
    The disabled wait program status word (PSW) is
    0002000080000000000000000009a040.
