Error description

• The DISPLAY ETR command response message IEA386I may not show
  the current external time source (ETS) id following an ETS
  reconfiguration.

  * source (ETS) at the time of system IPL.                      *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  The DISPLAY ETR command response message IEA386I shows
  the external time source (ETS) when the system was IPLed.
  However, an ETS reconfiguration can be performed to switch
  to a different ETS and that does not require a system IPL.
  So, after a ETS reconfiguration, the DISPLAY ETR will
  display the wrong ETS ID.
