Error description

• ABEND 0C7-FF at offset 00006E in routine CKRSCOPE.FLACSCP.
  

Local fix

• Remove allocations from SETUP FILES which have a different
  complex name to the allocation which includes the RACF DB.

  When an input data set (like CKFREEZE, SMF, ACCESS) for zSecure
  is assigned a complex name but the specified complex does not
  have the associated security data (RACF live database or
  UNLOAD), the zSecure Admin/Audit might terminate with ABEND0C7
  while processing scope reports (newlist type REPORT_SCOPE).
  

Problem conclusion

• zSecure Admin/Audit has been modified so that it does not
  ABEND0C7 while processing scope reports (newlist type
  REPORT_SCOPE) in cases where an input data set (like CKFREEZE,
  SMF, ACCESS) for zSecure is assigned a complex name but the
  specified complex does not have the associated security data.
