OA59406: No Command Logging prompt is issued when using the AM options in the ISPF menu to generate RACF commands

Error description

  • When generating RACF commands from the ISPF interface using
    option AM and then either option 8 or 9, the RACF commands are
    generated correctly, but no prompt is provided for ticketing
    information for the Command Logging of the ticket information.

    When zSecure Admin processes user requests issued from AM.8
    (Remove unused profiles and authorizations), AM.9 (Remove
    permits, dataset and general resource profiles), AU.V (Verify
    and cleanup security database), and RA.Q (Quick User
    Administration) panels and  zSecure Command logging facility is
    active, the user interface does not prompt for command
    annotation (ticket identification/description).
    

Problem conclusion

  • zSecure Admin has been modified so that a user is prompted for
    command annotation (ticket identification/description) while
    processing requests from AM.8, AM.9, AU.V, and RA.Q panels.
