  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Recursive ABEND0C4 in applications can  *
  *                      be seen in cases where Access Monitor   *
  *                      ABEND recovery routines are executed.   *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the PTF provided and review the        *
  *                 documentation updates.                       *
  ****************************************************************
  An undetermined external event causes the zSecure Access monitor
  ABEND recovery routines to be executed with invalid register
  contents. The application task might suffer recursive ABEND0C4.
  

Problem conclusion

• The ABEND recovery and retry code has been enhanced to handle
  additional error situations.
