  Audit STIG compliance rule ZCA1R040 reports a non-compliant

Problem conclusion

• zSecure Audit has been modified so that the STIG compliance
  rule ZCA1R040 is marked as non-applicable in cases where the
  CA1 Tape Management is not installed.
