  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: zSecure Alert started task might        *
  *                      consume an excessive amount of the      *
  *                      central processor time.                 *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the PTF provided and review the        *
  *                 documentation updates.                       *
  ****************************************************************
  When zSecure Alert started task (C2POLICE) encounters an invalid
  or incomplete SMF event data in its internal buffers, the
  program starts to use an excessive amount of the central
  processor time.
  

Problem conclusion

• zSecure Alert has been modified so that it does not impose a
  high CPU load in cases where incomplete or invalid data related
  to SMF events are encountered. Please note the documentation
  updates as provided by the APAR tracking comment data.
